We offer a 30 day return policy for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If a dog bed needs returned due to a defect, simply contact us by email and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, you simply follow the included instructions and return the product. When we receive the item we will repair or replace it and immediately ship it back.  All non-warranty returns will include a full refund less shipping and handling charges.
